4th year students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, participated in a field visit to collect data on plant species to calculate carbon sequestration.
On 18-20 September 2024 , 4th year students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, joined a field visit with representatives from agencies, the Buildings and Facilities Division, and related agencies to collect data on plant species in order to calculate the amount of carbon sequestration within Naresuan University in ZONE 5 and ZONE 10, which are the training areas for resource operations and long-term conservation areas of Naresuan University in environmental conservation and energy saving.
and is a learning area for the resources of members of the Lower Northern Higher Education Network, lecturers and students of Naresuan University.
The students who visited the area included Mr. Nontakorn Khumraman, Mr. Amorntep Phothong, Mr. Thirawat Butdee, Mr. Sittinon Puriso, and Mr. Chanchai Nongkhumot.
